What you get, how long it takes and how payment works.
How does the CV and application review work?
After you pay you fill in a short form and upload your CV, plus the job advert if you have one. We read it against what German employers expect: a one to two page German style CV, reverse chronological, clear dates, and a separate Anschreiben per company. You get written feedback with concrete rewrites you can copy.
How long does it take?
We reply to every personal service within two working days of receiving your details. PDF packs are available to download straight after payment.
Do you offer calls?
No. Everything we do is written, so you can read it again, forward it and keep it. The Visa Document Check and the Personal Written Roadmap both come back as a written PDF in English.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. An invoice is created automatically for every purchase and the link is in your confirmation email and in your library. No VAT is charged under the German small business rule (section 19 UStG).
Can I use the guides on my phone?
Yes. Every pack is a PDF you can open on any phone or laptop, and the Word templates inside can be edited in Word, Google Docs or LibreOffice.
