When you chat with our AI guide, we process the questions you type so the guide can answer them. We do not ask for identity documents, payment card details or any sensitive personal data on this website.
Why we use it
We use your data only to answer your question, to send you the guide or service you asked for, and to keep a record of our conversation. We never sell your data and we never use it for unrelated advertising.
Consent
You share your data with us voluntarily when you send a message. By sending the form you agree that we may store your message and reply to you by email. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.
Where your data is stored
Messages are stored in a secured cloud database with access limited to the website owner. Access is protected by a password and login. Data may be processed on servers outside India, including in the European Union.
How long we keep it
We keep messages only as long as needed to help you, and normally not longer than 24 months. After that we delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@indiatogermanyguide.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third party tracking. Only the technical storage needed to run the site and keep you signed in is used.
Grievance officer
As required under Indian information technology rules, complaints about your personal data can be sent to hello@indiatogermanyguide.com. We acknowledge every complaint and resolve it within 30 days.
